​Booking & Cancellation Policy 

At The Cellar Salon, your time is valuable, and so is ours. Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and lateness, these policies help us protect our time and accommodate all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Deposits

• $100 deposit required for longer highlighting services.

• $200 deposit required for services lasting over 5 hours.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% service fee.

Late Arrivals

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a $20 late fee if your service can still be performed

• If we cannot accommodate your service, our cancellation policy will apply.​
