The Cellar requires a deposit on all services over $200
This deposit will be taken immediately and returned to you if you’re cancelling within a 24hr period
If you’re re-booking your appointment your deposit will be kept and taken off at cash after your service is complete

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if we receive late cancellations we do charge 50% of the total bill.
We will also require a $75 deposit for longer appointments to secure bookings.
