We can't give a quote for color or chemical services over the phone because there are so many factors that go into determining a price. Only a stylist has the expertise to offer you this information. We do offer free consultations and prefer to offer a quote for color and chemical services based on an in-person consultation.

Yes we cut every hair type and pride ourselves on being masters of our trade. To put your mind at ease call our front of house to asnwer any more questions on your hair type and our skill set. No question is a bad question we are happy to help.

Absolutely. Consultations are available for services that require a little more planning, including major colour transformations, extensions, perms, smoothing treatments and hair systems. Some services may require a consultation before we can proceed with the appointment.

Our website prices are starting prices and may vary depending on your stylist, hair length, density, the amount of product required and the complexity of the service. Your stylist can discuss pricing with you before beginning your service.

Unless otherwise stated, technical colour services do not include a haircut or blow-dry. These can be added separately when booking.

Yes! We proudly offer a Silent Service option for guests who prefer a quieter salon experience. Your stylist will still complete the consultation required for your hair, but after that you are welcome to relax without feeling the need to chat. Simply contact us after booking or let our Front of House team know when you arrive.

A deposit may be required for longer appointments, specialty services, major transformations or appointments requiring a significant amount of time or product. Any required deposit will be discussed with you when booking.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

Please do! Photos are one of the easiest ways to show us what you love. We’ll use them as inspiration while also taking your current colour, hair condition, texture and maintenance preferences into consideration.

Please call the salon as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but depending on how late you are, we may need to modify or reschedule your service so we don’t impact the guests booked after you.

Inspiration photos are a fantastic starting point, but everyone’s hair is different. Your starting colour, previous colour history, texture, density and condition can all influence what is realistically achievable. Your stylist will explain what we can achieve safely and whether your goal may require more than one appointment.

For most appointments, reasonably clean, dry hair is ideal. Heavy oils, dry shampoo, root sprays or excessive product can sometimes interfere with colour services. If your service requires anything different, our team will let you know.

Yes. We believe strongly in developing the next generation of talented hairstylists. Selected services are available with junior and trainee stylists at reduced pricing. These appointments may take a little longer as our emerging stylists continue to develop their skills under the guidance of our experienced team.

Yes, however colour corrections can vary considerably depending on your hair history and desired result. We strongly recommend a consultation before booking so we can assess your hair, discuss realistic expectations and determine the time and cost involved.

We genuinely want you to love your hair. If something doesn’t feel right after your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible so our team can review your concerns and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
